Engineers without Borders Yemen designs its capacity building programs focusing on the four key areas of the sustainable development that refers to : human, social, economic and environmental, with the aim to maintain and improve the human capital in society to achieve a positive change.

We identify the vulnerability and capability factors of the community we work with, and launch our capacity building programs that include infrastructure , institutions, human knowledge and skills, and collective attributes such as social relationships, leadership , and management . We build the capacity of community in developing , transmigrating , maintaining, and improving related knowledge , tools, and resources to achieve sustainable development.
