Engineers Without Borders Yemen has extended its activities to include Third Party Monitoring and Evaluation (TPM) We work on monitoring the implementing entities of the production or service projects to ensure that they perform the functions predetermined by the donor(s) as set out in their action guide and also in accordance with the applicable and accepted quality management standards.
TPM works encompass direct field process monitoring on a broad geographical scale. This involve the use of multidisciplinary field teams for the purposes of observation, preparing required progress reports on a periodic basis, and analysis of diverse data from a wide range of sources in order to present detailed analytical information to best achieve the goal of monitoring activities.
