EWB Yemen’s approaches result based monitoring and evaluation system for better improvement, sustainability, and utilization of resources efficiently. RBM methodology is further incorporated in programming cycle to measure performance at higher level of development goals that broaden community participation in development of programs, participation in monitoring to improve outcomes and enhance social accountability as well as acquisition of more ownership of projects by community. EBW focus on fostering of an organizational culture of learning, transparency and accountability and utilization of sample tools in monitoring and evaluation in general to strategically manage resources effectively and efficiently, and those methodologies are considered for construction of strategies that meet future need. We adopt RBM, foster capacity development of partners for more engagement, in monitoring and evaluation along with stakeholder’s government bodies and benefited communities through EWB’s team and technical. We aim to contribute in sustainability of outcomes through engagement of community in monitoring and evaluation and expand partnership with respectful institutions and local communities interested in performance measurement of high-level outcomes at local and international level. EWB staff engaged in implementation of several types of assessments for projects and worked in third party monitoring project. The technical of EWB implement qualitative, quantitative, and mixed methodologies, our team apply logical framework approach and encourage utilization of FLA in project monitoring and evaluation, focusing on monitoring and evaluation based on financing as well to enhance high level of program implementation and optimization of resources.
