The Governance structure at Engineers Without Borders Yemen is regulated by the articles of association that include all its organizational, financial and administrative affairs, and a set of core policies enacted by the Trustee Board. As a Non-profit non-governmental organization, EWB Yemen must comply with the Yemen Law No. (1) of 2001 regarding civil societies and institutions.
